Returns the identity-document payload delivered by identity_document.* webhooks
(document fields, MRZ flags) for the id_doc_xxx id, plus an images array with
the captured front/back (and cropped) images.
The image urls are short-lived presigned links (~5 minutes) — download
immediately, do not cache the URLs.
