How do you allow our service to use your camera?
This quick guide shows visitors how to let kyc.bynn.com use their camera when visiting from iOS or Android devices.
iPhone & iPad (Safari and other WebKit-based browsers)
Grant access the first time
- When Safari shows “kyc.bynn.com would like to access the camera”, tap Allow.
Unblock access later

While still on kyc.bynn.com.com, tap the A button (left of the address bar).
- Choose Website Settings. 3. Set Camera to Allow, then tap Done and refresh the page.

Android (Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox, Edge…)
Grant access the first time
- When “kyc.bynn.com wants to use your camera” appears, choose Allow or While using the site.
Unblock access later — Chrome example

Visit kyc.bynn.com in Chrome.
- Tap the padlock 🔒 (left of the address bar) › Permissions.
3. Change Camera to Allow and reload.

Troubleshooting
- Black preview: Close other apps that may be using the camera, then reload.
- “Camera in use by another app” (Android): Turn off any background video-chat or barcode-scanner apps.
- Incognito / Private mode: Permissions reset each session—tap Allow again when prompted.
